1. Service Description

Letter is an HTML paste service that allows you to upload HTML content and generate shareable links. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Prohibited Content & Uses

You must not use this service to create, host, or distribute content related to any of the following ("Prohibited Uses"):

  • Fraud, phishing, social engineering, or impersonation of any person or entity
  • Carding, stolen account credentials, credit card validation, or payment fraud tools
  • Sale or promotion of counterfeit goods, forged documents, or fake certificates
  • Selling or distributing bulk personal data obtained without consent (PII trafficking)
  • Exploit kits, malware, botnet C2 panels, or any offensive security tooling
  • Money laundering, unlicensed financial services, or pyramid/ponzi schemes
  • Spam campaigns, SEO spam, or mass unsolicited content distribution
  • Hosting or linking to illegal gambling, drug trafficking, or weapons sales
  • Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

We actively monitor for Prohibited Uses. Violations result in immediate termination, content removal, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the HTML content you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Data & Privacy

Uploaded HTML content is stored on our servers and accessible via the generated link. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Link history is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Letter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason.
